Bastle at Chesterwood (Haydon) | |||||||
The remains of a post-medieval bastle, one of five, can be seen at Chesterwood. This building is now in use as an outbuilding. Archaeologists know it as Chesterwood VI. This is a Scheduled Monument protected by law
