Keys to the Past

Bebside Old Hall (Blyth)

This is the site of Bebside Old Hall. The hall was built in the 17th century, and was demolished in the mid-19th century. A 19th century plan is said to have shown thicker walls in part of the house which may have been part of an earlier tower house. A number of farm buildings on the site contain stone from the building.

Reference number: N11745
