WOLSINGHAM CHURCH LANE NZ 0737 (North end) Wolsingham 39/347 Thompson tomb c.8 metres west of Church of St. Mary and St. Stephen GV II

Headstone. Circa 1712. Square slab about 60 cm. high has shallow moulded frame and inscription 'Jahn ye wife/of Step Thompson Dyed Nov ye/12 1712'. Low-relief heart above inscription. 'Jahn' may be phonetic representation of Jane.
