| The description that follows is the full English Heritage listing for this building WOLSINGHAM MARKET PLACE NZ 0737 (South side) Wolsingham 39/383 Former Primitive Methodist Chapel GV II Primitive Methodist Chapel. 1885 by George Race (date above central windows on ground floor). Sandstone ashlar with quoins; Welsh slate roof with stone gable copings and decorative red ridge tiles. 3 storeys, 3 bays, the central projecting under gable. Boarded door at right with overlight in low elliptical arch with ball-flower-stopped dripmould. Ground-floor windows under keyed segmental arches; first-floor windows under shallow 2-centred arches and second- floor under shouldered lintels in outer bays and keyed round arches in centre; all central windows tripartite. Slit in central gable peak. Stone brackets support eaves; end copings on curved kneelers; carved finial on front central gable. Out of use since 1983 and now empty; interior fittings removed to U.S.A. Included for group value. Listing NGR: NZ0762337197
