Roman tombstone (Elsdon)

A Roman tombstone stands in the Church of St Cuthbert's in Elsdon. It is inscribed and stands nearly one metre high. It is not known exactly where the tombstone was found and High Rochester Roman fort and Mote Hill N9744} have both been suggested.
