Wester Hall gardens (Humshaugh)
A baroque garden house is all that survives of an 18th century walled garden at Wester Hall. It is a rare building in Northumberland as garden architecture was not encouraged in Northumberland at this time because of the influence of Capablity Brown. It is made of red brick and stone, with a slate roof and has a pigeon loft at the top. This is a Grade II Listed Building protected by law.
|Historical period:||Post Medieval (1540 to 1901)|
