Prehistoric Burial (Chollerton)
A stone-lined grave containing a pot was found here in 1884 during the building of Hallington Reservoir. In 1886 a second grave was found. A number of layers of charcoal and ashes were found in the area. These graves belong to the Bronze Age period.
