Fairney Cleugh Roman period native settlement (Otterburn)
This Roman period native settlement at Fairney Cleugh has the remains of a circular stony bank that once formed an enclosure. Inside this enclosure, a platform of earth shows the former position of a round house. This is part of a Scheduled Monument protected by law.
