Little Shield Settlement (Bardon Mill)

Three or four stone hut circles can be seen on aerial photographs of this site, along with field boundaries. They are inside a roughly rectangular enclosure on the edge of a rock outcrop. Sites such as this usually date to the Iron Age or Roman period.
