Turret 35b, Hadrian's Wall (Haydon)

Earthworks are all that remain of this Roman turret, part of Hadrian's Wall. The turret is known as Turret 35b by archaeologists, who excavated it in 1946. Turret 35b is a Scheduled Monument, part of the Hadrian's Wall World Heritage Site.
