Yett Burn shieling, Falstone Forest (Falstone)
The remains of a small post-medieval building, known as a shieling, lie on the valley floor of the Yett Burn. The building measures about 5.5m long and is roughly oval in plan. It only had one room and is built from dry stone walling. The building was recorded in the 1970s when the walls stood about 70cm high.
