Keys to the Past

Hips Heugh rectilinear enclosure (Craster)

This enclosure has been identified from aerial photographs. It survives as a cropmark and is rectilinear in shape, measuring about 60m by 55m. There seems to be an entrance through the east side and one or two circular houses inside.
