Lucker shrunken settlement (Adderstone with Lucker)

The present village of Lucker was once a larger settlement. There are earthwork remains of former houses to the north of the village, and the remains of a former farm lie to the south. Documentary evidence shows there has been a settlement at Lucker since the 13th century.
