Bronze Age cairn, Hedgeley (Hedgeley)

Over 3000 years ago, in what archaeologists call the Bronze Age period, people buried their dead inside this cairn. The cairn has since been partially destroyed by people digging into it. The cairn is surrounded by a ring of stones.
