Buckton Moor North (Kyloe)

These are the remains of a partly ploughed-out enclosure. It is formed by an earth bank, with traces of an outer ditch and a simple entrance to the south-east. There are no visible remains inside the enclosure, apart from those of a 19th century cottage. It is thought that this site dates to the Iron Age. This is a Scheduled Monument protected by law.
