Ilderton Farm cist (Cheviotside)

A Bronze Age cist was found when ploughing at Ilderton Farm on 14 December 1863. It was made up of four sandstone slabs with a floor of small flags and a coverstone. Inside was a crouched skeleton laid on its side, but there were no other finds.
