Chillingham Park and Gardens (Tillside)

The grounds of Chillingham Castle were first emparked in about 1753. A formal garden and landscaped pleasure grounds were created, as well as an Italian garden in about 1820, an American garden, Alpine garden, lime avenue and lawns. The open parkland extends to craggy hills and is famous for its herd of white cattle (www.chillinghamwildcattle.com/). This is a Grade II Registered Garden.
