Watch Hill (Wooler)
These are the remains of a large field system of Bronze Age date standing on a saddle of land between Hart Heugh and Fredden Hill. The field system includes at least 40 clearance cairns, banks and lynchets marking out rough fields. In addition there are at least two burial cairns These remains form a Scheduled Monument protected by law.
