Romano-British settlement on Loundon Hill (Netherton with Biddlestone)

This settlement is Romano-British in date and consists of two roughly circular enclosures and the remains of two circular houses. The remains are very well preserved with walls standing to 1m high. This was probably a small farmstead with accommodation for a family and their livestock. This is a Scheduled Monument protected by law.
