Farnley hoard (Corbridge)
A hoard of bronze implements was found at Farnley in 1835 when the railway was being built. There were pieces of two spearheads, fragments of dagger blades, and a flanged axe all dating to the Bronze Age. Most of the pieces are in Alnwick Castle museum.
