Cup-marked boulder, Goldsborough Rigg, Cotherstone (Cotherstone Moor)

This cup and ring marked stone lies on the southerly slope of Goldsborough Rigg. There are at least three cup marks and several grooves. This stone probably dates to the late Neolithic or early Bronze Age date. This is a Scheduled Ancient Monument protected by law (1).
