Holwick, Simy Folds 3 (Holwick)

This is part of a larger Anglo-Saxon farm of 8th century date. The remains of at least three buildings surrounding a yard can be seen. It is overlain by later stone walls. This is part of a Scheduled Ancient Monument protected by law.
