Keys to the Past

Corn Mill, Mill Lane, Ebchester (Ebchester)

This is a former water mill, now converted into a house. The mill was used for grinding corn and also for powering a smithy. Parts of the mill race can still be traced from a dam on the River Derwent to this building.
