Thrislington Hall (Cornforth)
Thrislington Hall was stood on the edge of the hill above the marshes and opposite Ferryhill. It was probably built in the 17th century. However, it fell into bad repair and was demolished in the 1980s. Now all that can be seen are slight traces of wall and some earthworks.
