Information which you send to Keys to the Past through this website will be treated as follows:

  • The information will be kept for no longer than is reasonably necessary to deal with your enquiry.

You will not receive unsolicited contact from Keys to the Past or Durham County Council as a result of using this website. All emails and any associated attachments received by Keys to the Past using Durham County Council's system will be electronically intercepted and examined for viruses etc. This is purely routine and any delay will be kept to a minimum.
